This is the first time we have used this company also in the mix it was for the next door neighbours so we all a bit apprehensive anybody would be waiting for them at Alicante airport. When they arrived and collected their cases,walking to the exit at the barrier they met a smartly dressed man with a board with their name on .he put their cases on a trolley and led them to a very clean Mercedes Benz,they had ordered the luxury taxi for more room because being senior generation and what that brings you dont want to be climbing up steps on a transfer bus and trying to find a seat.The driver was very patient and considerate making them comfortable before taking them to their hotel. The drive to the hotel was my neighbour said was Marvellous and set them up for a nice relaxing holiday.The returning journey the taxi came 30 minutes before picking up time and informing them to meet him in their own time which makes a difference than having to be wondering if it going to turn up and rushing loading cases and racing to the airport,another Marvellous drive to the airport and plenty of assistance at all times Wonderful.They have booked again for when they come back to Benidorm .They was treated to a VIP service which I thank you for and we are still very good friends this was their experience of this company and like life things happen unexpectedly not to often I hope? DO NOT BOOK TRANSFERS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT STRANDED IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY WITH NO HELP AT ALL So we had our transfers booked with this company to and from Alicante airport, our pick up time was confirmed on the website as 18.30 advising us to be at the hotel pickup point 15 minutes before so we done everything as advised to us we confirmed our pickup time and point online 48hours before and were there for 6pm.. 6.40pm comes along and our bus hadnt appeared so as advised on the leaflet I phoned the company for the most horrible rude woman to basically bark back at me your pickup was 17.30 you were a no show after trying to explain to the woman that we had a screenshot confirming our pickup time was infact 18.30 and we had relied on that bus to get to Alicante airport as our flight was departing at 20.45 and we had not planned on the bus not being there and had absolutely no where near enough money to get a taxi to Alicante airport and had no hotel if we had missed our flight by this point I ask her if she could arrange a pickup as we hadnt been informed of any change in the pickup and therefor it wasnt our fault her reply make your own way to Alicante we cant help you so if you want to be told the wrong information get spoken down to off a horrible wee troll be left stranded in a foreign country (so so so lucky I have people I can rely on and so bloody thankful to ) and to be basically told your wrong when you have the proof there then there the shitshow for you had to borrow 90 to get back to Alicante airport and literally made our flight with a couple minutes before check in closed
